" Overall approach excellent "

Rob overall approach in selling my mothers unit was excellent. The unit was somewhat difficult to value due to its location and lack of similar properties. The strategy of auction with disclosed reserve worked well. During the inspection period leading up to the auction Rob provided regular verbal updates on number of inspections, likely prospects etc. The final negotiations with the eventual buyer were handled well - Rob was firm on the price and that was what was achieved. Many an agent would have tried to get us to accept an offer close to our price. The additional agents commission to Rob's company would have been negligible, however the additional $2k will enable the family to offset legal costs and other expenses.
