Dylan began his career as a Rental Assistant with the Doepels team at the start of 2021 and brought with him a passion for customer service, an easy going personality and the ability to make people feel comfortable. Priding himself on discipline, unwavering commitment and hard work he demonstrates diligence and integrity in achieving and delivering excellent results for his clients whilst striving to learn as much about the real estate industry as possible. While refining this knowledge and skill-set he has worked closely assisting senior property managers which, in turn, lead to a Property Manager appointment in 2022.
A vital role in his service is the enjoyment of getting to know all kinds of people from Rental Providers, tradespeople and home maintenance companies; hearing everybody’s different life experiences is interesting and his favourite part of the job is organising renovations, seeing the before and after of a property is quite satisfying and rewarding for Dylan.
When not at work he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, family and friends, taking his two dogs to the dog park, gardening and keeping active playing basketball.
