When commencing the process of selling my house, I thought it prudent to approach several (4) different Real Estate Agents within the local area to ensure I was not only going to get the best price for my house, but also the most transparent and honest service which had been lacking in my previous experiences with Real Estate agents in the Ballarat area. The decision to appoint Tony as my sales agent was both fruitful in attaining a price significantly above what other agents had quoted me displaying his superior knowledge for the market, but also in finding someone who's integrity and communication was second to none with his client first approach. Tony from Doepel Lilley Taylor was an absolute gem to deal with when we purchased our home in Ballarat. I have had many dealings with real estates and I am always wary of them as you feel they only want the sale for their own glory. I would sometimes ring him twice a day and sometimes the phone calls lasted half an hour. He was knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions even if they didn't make sense. I'm based in Hobart and had a unit to sell in Ballarat, Tony Lockyer did a fantastic job organising the sale of the unit. Nothing was a problem, he was prompt and reliable, at short notice prior to settlement he managed to pull together trades to fix electrical paintwork and plaster damage that had been unknown to us at the time of the offer. After hours work was carried out at very reasonable rates so as settlement could proceed as scheduled. I would highly recommend Tony to manage the sale of your home or investment.
